Punta Cana Poker Classic: Players Agree Move from Hard Rock was Great Idea

Americas Cardroom at Punta Cana Poker ClassicThe Living the Dream poker blog team is at the Punta Cana Poker Classic with a group of online poker players from Americas Cardroom. The second episode of its new video series, which follows players from the trusted US online poker room competing in the massive event, is now online.  This episode includes interviews with players who all agree that this year’s move from the Hard Rock to the Melia Caribe Tropical was a good idea.

“I never thought we could do better than the Hard Rock, but this place is really nice,” said Steven Schillenberg, who’s been playing this event since it began.

“The competition’s great.  Great players!” he said. “To win this, I’m going to have to get lucky on the river – at least twice. And more pocket aces would be good – get my money in, pre-flop.”

“I’ve been coming here for about seven years now.  You can’t beat it!” said John Lets, another Americas Cardroom player who’s been coming to this event for many years. “The new game that they have, the Sit & Go 2.0, it’s actually really, really good.  I’m really getting into it! I think the more you play it you’ll enjoy it even more.”

“Living the Dream: Punta Cana Poker Classic 2016” videos are available only on the Americas Cardroom poker news blog. Episode 2, Off to a Great Start, is now online.
